Entryway Setup in Under 15 Minutes

Entryway Setup in Under 15 Minutes

The Art of the Table | Tableau Luxe

You don't need a renovation. You don't need a mudroom. You need 15 minutes and the right three pieces.

Here's how to set up a functional, beautiful entryway — fast.

The 15-Minute Entryway Setup

Minutes 1–3: Clear the Space

Remove everything from your entryway area. Shoes, bags, mail, coats — everything. Put it in another room temporarily. You're starting with a blank slate.

Minutes 4–6: Set the Drop Zone

Place your surface piece — a console table, a shelf, or a wall-mounted ledge. On it, place a Black Acrylic Tray with Handles. This is where keys, sunglasses, and small daily-carry items live. The tray creates an instant visual anchor for the space.

Minutes 7–9: Add Containment

Place a Foldable Metal Wire Basket on the floor near the door for shoes. Add a ClearSpace Storage Bin with Lid on the surface or shelf for items that need to leave with you tomorrow — library books, packages, things to return.

Minutes 10–12: Return Only What Belongs

From the pile you cleared, return only the items that belong in the entryway. One pair of shoes per person near the door. Bags hung or placed intentionally. Everything else goes to its proper room.

Minutes 13–15: Style It

Add one small element that makes the space feel intentional — a small plant, a single candle, a framed print. The entryway doesn't need to be decorated. It just needs one thing that says this space was thought about.

Fifteen minutes. Done. And it will stay that way — as long as the system stays in place.
